Return policy

Returns may be made on any Blueair unit regardless of the reason for return so long as a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is obtained no later than 60 days of the date of purchase. Any returns after this 60-day period must be made pursuant to the terms of Blueair’s Limited Warranty (meaning the returned unit must be defective).


In order to return a Blueair unit, you may log in to the returns portal HERE and follow the steps to obtain your RA# and shipping label or contact Blueair Customer Experience at 888-258-3247, between 8:00AM and 5:00PM CT, Monday through Friday, or by email info@blueair.com, to request a RA#. You must include the RA# on the return package. Returns without an RA#, or with an unauthorized or missing RA#, will be refused by Blueair and will be returned to you at your expense. RETURNS RECEIVED 60 DAYS OR MORE AFTER THE RA# ISSUE DATE MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED AT SENDER’S EXPENSE. If the return is shipped via means other than the method provided by Blueair, you are responsible for all shipping, handling, and processing costs on returned Blueair units. When you contact Blueair Customer Service, you will receive, in addition to the RA#, the designated location where you should send your Blueair unit. Returns must be shipped by verifiable tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority) to that designated location. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

 

The following must be included in the return:



  • Order Number, Return Authorization Number (RA#), name, address, zip code, phone number, e-mail address and original packing slip (if purchased online). If purchased at retail, please include the original receipt.
  • Put the RA# on the package. If there is no RA# on the package, the Blueair unit will be returned to you at your expense.
  • The Blueair unit must be packed in its original carton with the original packing materials.

 


 

Additional Return Terms & Conditions

All Blueair units must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and user manual. Any shipping, handling, and processing costs are non-refundable.

 

Refund policy

Proof of purchase is required for refunds and returns. Refunds on authorized returned units will be processed within sixty (60) days of receipt at Blueair Returns Center. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. You must be able to provide Proof of Delivery (POD) that the returned product was actually received by Blueair Returns Center. If Blueair is unable to identify that it received the returned Blueair unit, and you cannot provide proof of the same, Blueair will not be liable for any Blueair unit repair, replacement, or refund.
